"We booked a $16k stay in unit 5-201 at the Montage Kapalua Bay with Luxurious Destinations. Per the law, we had to have our three young son's tested for COVID19 within 72 hours of arrival before boarding a flight to Hawaii. Unfortunately, when we picked up our sons from their biological mother after they had been with her for two weeks, one of them tested positive for COVID19. We had to cancel our flights, etc and take care of our very ill children. Instead of refunding our monies because clearly, there was nothing we could do in this situation (the property had no availability to rebook until 2022 and the rates were now 40% higher) - they refused and have tried to fight our credit card dispute. I have no doubt that we will not lose our credit card dispute but I wanted to share this story so that other consumers will not trust using this company to book your vacation. #vacationrentals #maui #buyerbeware"
