Maui Banyan Condo Rental

"Worst place I ever stayed… the bathroom fan can not be turn off. It is kind of annoying in the night. I let the office know, no one ever come to fix it. And the windows screen fall off because it is too old. The room was tiny. The office is about 10 mins walking distance. No one comes to change the towel and clean the room even u are paying $300 each night. The only good thing is a nice location and very close to the beach. But I don’t recommend u stay here…."

"Perfect! Everything provided, boogie boards, beach umbrella, coolers, snorkel gear. Nice property, amenities and grounds. Parking sucks but all else ROCKS!"

"We stay at the Maui Banyan every other year or so and we absolutely love it! The rooms are condo style and they are always in the best shape. The grounds are immaculate, very, very clean and the staff is always super accommodating. Walking distance to the beach, shopping and so much food. With Uber being popular now, you really don't even need a car while staying here. The only thing that may cause any hesitation is the pool, if you have children. There are a lot of owner residents that are very sticky about the pool rules and kids. While the pools are very nice, with many BBQ grills at each one, you almost need to be the only ones down there for it to be enjoyable for kids to play in the pool."

"Should be 5 stars. Great location, pleasant staff, beautiful grounds and condos. Parking just terrible. They're working on it. But I was here for almost 3 weeks. Even after they started reserve parking only was able to park in my "assigned " spot twice. It's a free for all"

"This place is very conveniently located. You are right across the street from an amazing beach. We had close encounters with sea turtles every time we went. Restaurants and a small grocery store are in walking distance. Bigger grocery stores are a short drive away. It was a 30 min drive to Paia to start the Road to Hana drive. The staff is so friendly. The facility has parking and 2 pools. There are a few soda machines. 1 can of soda is $2.00. Each condo is independently owned. Our room had a bed and a sofa bed. There was a balcony. The condo owner had beach chairs an umbrella, and cooler for use. The unit had a full kitchen, as well as a small washer and dryer. There are tasks expected at checkout to avoid fees: empty trash into outside dumpster, start dishwasher with used dishes, sweep up excess sand. We were pleased with our stay and would stay again."
