"4.5 stars - I'm in my 30s and I've been on 3 Japan land tours (Tokyo and Hokkaido) and 1 Cruise (Japan/Korea Princess cruises) with my mom in her 70s and had great experiences every time. I have also planned trips to Japan on my own ala carte, not with NST, so I can compare their tours vs. self planned vacations. My mom is in her 70s and been on 14 tours (Japan/Asia/Europe land tours and cruises) with NST and only had 1 bad experience mostly due, unfortunately, to other tour members on her tour, NOT the NST staff. (there was an elderly mother and daughter who needed a wheelchair to go everywhere, Japan is not the most accessible friendly and Japan requires you to be competently mobile to travel to most tourist areas, this family should not have been on the tour, and NonStop Travel advised them that they must care for themselves on and off the motor coach and to all destinations, and the tour staff cannot aid or touch handicapped tour members including those requiring wheelchairs, due to liability which is understandable, nonetheless, this family held up the rest of the tour to all the different destinations around Japan and most of the other tour members all agreed that the inconveniences, wasted time, and missed chances to fully explore the destinations was due to this immobile family - this was not entirely NST's fault which is why NST cannot be blamed for the bad experience). Nonetheless my mom and I thoroughly trust the Non Stop staff, tour leaders, and choice of local Japanese tour guides. Most of the meals included on the tour are of great quality, very few were average, which is understandable. Most of the destinations and accommodations included on the tours are great quality, again very few were less than desirable. (There was one time when we were booked in a smoking room in Japan, unfortunately the hotel could not relocate us during our stay, we were not happy about that, it was a mistake, my mom wrote to NST and the Japanese hotel and both offered sincere apologies) All in all - the pros far outweigh the cons. I personally would NOT recommend this type of tour to folks who are disabled or have accessibility issues. Those folks must book special accommodations due to their individual situations. Each tour includes a pre-tour luncheon where all questions can be shared and answered. The tour leaders are available by phone/text leading up to the tour to answer any questions. We enjoy the convenience and price of the flight, transportation, accommodations, taxes, and gratuity all included in one package. Booking the same trip ala carte on your own would yield either the same price or be more expensive AND take A LOT of work to plan. So having an all inclusive tour is very convenient and much less stressful. 2 thumbs up for NST! If you are new to Japan or any other destination they offer, NST's packages are a great way to dip your feet into those destinations. You get to experience a lot of different foods, destinations, and shopping environments. And you get to cover a lot of ground in those destinations. I'm 100% sure I will travel with NST again in the future, my mom already has her 15th tour booked for Okinawa which she is excited about."

"Since I wrote a complaint earlier, I just wanted to say for the record that I received my refund for the Korea tour and Las Vegas package after a frustrating time of not getting a single response from late November until now. This refund was my first response. Unfortunately it is my last as I have never experienced such an unprofessional manner of conducting business. What started off as a happy and pleasant experience ended up to be a disappointment for me and my family members. I wish everyone else a great experience though. Mahalo Nui"

We were escorted by Tour guide Marie and cannot say enough good things about the quality and caliber of care and attention to detail that she and Non-Stop Travel gave our group. We toured Egypt and Jordan in Feb. supplemented with local guides and everything was handled so expertly and professionally from start to finish. I would highly recommend Non-Stop travel!!!"
