"I purchased a home that Tomi has listed in Carson City,NV. I feel that Tomi lied to us about the purchase price of the home. This home had been listed for about 6 months and they raised the price $30k since listing it. It took Tomi 2 months to get back to us with a new price and they raised it by $36k and took away over $50k in upgrades that were listed in the MLS listing. The contract we received from Tomi and her builder was a total joke. It is very evident that Tomi will lie to you just to make a sale. When we questioned the prices they cancelled the Contract and refused to return phone calls to my realtor. Stay away from Tomi she is not the kind of realtor you want to work with. We are still trying to figure out why were paying the $47K in Realtor fees. We are the buyer. Those fees should be paid for my the Seller. Do not trust Tomi"
