"Worked with Daniel Fischer to sell our downtown Gardnerville home. He made this transaction the single best experience of any real estate deals. Priced the house right. Kept us informed listened to my concerns without discounting that I was feeling them and offered as much communication as I was comfortable with. Listing to closed in under 30 days. What more could I ask for?"
"I am a small business owner in Gardnerville Minden Nevada. I do business with Remax and the property management team often. Koah and her team are amazing, professional, kind and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend Koah for property management."
"Called in and spoke with the Manager of the Property Management side (I will omit her name for privacy) and I was throughly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I have rented a home through this property management for the last 6 years this summer, which was well before the property management took over the property. I have been responsible for all the home upkeep internally and externally, and have even done HVAC cleanings as I work in this industry, annual pest control, and have even invested my own money into planting flowers every year to improve the exterior quality of the property because I value the property since I live here. Despite the noisy neighbors who are also renters for the same company and a leaky faucet I have never had to contact the property management. Now, I have had a large tree down in the backyard since January 1st that has received no response despite the multiple maintenance requests I have submitted. I have not even received a phone call or email letting me know the request has been received. I understand with the snow they would need a clearing in the weather to do this. Although we had several weeks of warm weather before the storms this weekend. It is now March 1st and they have raised the rent due to expenses. Completely fine and understandable. Happy to pay it, I’m familiar with the financial strain on the economy and costs of business operations. Although I do not agree with me paying rent and not receiving any communication regarding a maintenance that in outlines as their responsibility per my rental agreement. If it was my responsibility it would have already been taking care of months ago. But it is not my responsibility so I waited. But after receiving this letter I decided it was time for a call. Obviously frustrated at the lack of communication, I called in to resolve this issue and was met with arguments and excuses (from the manager I was surprised to find out). As a manager myself I was appalled at the lack of professionalism. I would have appreciated a simple apology for the situation and simply to be let known that it would be handled and the appropriate parties would contact me in a timely manner. That was all that was necessary, but instead I was told it was the fault of vendor they contracted. Surprised still as to the lack of communication, maybe an email stating “we received your request, our vendor will contact you” would have been perfect. Confused I asked why the multiple requests I submitted were at least not red flagged and addressed internally in their office when according to her they “saw them on a weekly basis”. To which she responded that they are doing remodeling in their office. The weekly basis review was enough for me to know it was no mistake I hadn’t been contacted, but that comment was really the icing on the cake. After arguing back and forth it finally ended with her promising a call back. In the six years I have rented here I have never had an issue or reason to complain until this and I have never had an issue communicating with the old owners or their office until today. Moving forward I hope this review is seen by the right people and some serious changes are implemented in regards to their customer service and experience. I assume the owner would be disappointed at the lack of professionalism displayed by the company he has hired and I hope he reads these reviews."
