The Village South

"The Village South was the first place my boyfriend and I had lived together and it was such a great first home for us. The attached garage is amazing and gives such great space. The apartments are also updated appliance wise and have granite counter tops and bar seating which I love. The place was very clean upon move in and we have not had any issues with over a year of living here! Bryan has been great helping us though the entire process from start to finish and I am very grateful for that. It is such a cute complex with nice amenities such as a pool and fitness center."

"This apartment checked all the boxes and some for what my girlfriend and I wanted in our first apartment. Big kitchen, modern appliances, spacious layout, and the best part an attached garage in our unit. Very friendly neighbors as well, never hear any foot steps or noises which is a big plus. Bryan was a huge help in the move in process and any questions or concerns we’ve had while living here. Would highly recommend to anybody. 5 stars"

The community has been very welcoming, with lots of neighbors greeting us, and making us feel like she has moved to a safe spot. Amenities are clean, and everything works, Bryan, Beth, and the whole staff were great at getting us in early, as well, Five Stars!!!!!"

My apartment layout is fantastic (hello private garage!!) and I am in what I think is the best area in South Reno. Lots of amenities. "I have lived at the Village South just over a year now, and I absolutely love it. I am moving to a new unit in the same complex because I love living here so much. Bryan was very helpful with my move to a new unit and he quickly found me a unit to move into that fit my criteria. I have always had good experiences, this complex is very family and dog friendly, the amenities are extremely well maintained, and the maintenance staff is always working and they stay on top of any problems that need their attention. I have loved living here and I will continue to live here for a while!"
