"When I moved in, I expected that it would be like new. However I made a long list of things that needed to be fixed and turned it in to the rental office. I have been here for a month and no one has contacted me about these issues. It's not looking good for this property."

"Back then this place would of gotten 4 stars , but with this new sucky management first they act like they are a high class apartment raising the prices & don’t allow visitors to be parked anywhere without a parking permit (or they call the tow truck ) ALSO raising the rent when they do HORRIBLE at keeping up with maintenance . My dryer was broken for about a month before they came and fixed it . Also my garage disposal went out n of course it took them about 4 weeks to come n fix it , while they didn’t even tell us they were coming they left lights on the entire day , and left my kitchen A MESS, I almost thought someone broke in . Thats how much of a mess they left it . We use to love these apartments but now these apartments suck !! :( And the new management really doesn’t seem to care for their residents."

"Nice place to live, but the new management is being kinda greedy. Will just leave it at that to make things very simple. If they raise rents this year that will be crossing the line honestly. At that point, I would rather get a manufactured home or rent else where not owned by this... Company. I know they can get better on improving things here, the only thing keeping people here are those without insight who arent from NV but are moving into NV. I want to give four or five stars, but I need improve from management not the employees. $1750 can get me a lot nicer somewhere else."

"I love the new place. Have finally moved in and still putting things away. Garbage disposal stopped working on the day I moved in. Still waiting for maintenance to get to it. I reported it about 8 days ago. Also, waiting on a new mailbox key as the one given did not fit the lock. love the balcony though."

"We moved in a week ago and NONE of our appliances aside from the stove were working the day we moved in! They replaced my fridge 3 days later, but haven’t bothered to fix or replace my washer/dryer, or dishwasher!!! These are things that should’ve been fixed before they even leased the apartment!!! I see them out there fixing up empty units to rent out but they can’t be bothered to take care of their current tenants or new tenants problems in a timely manner. I was also told I was renting a renovated unit and EVERYTHING about this unit is old, worn, stained, and outdated. I’m SOO disappointed, and don’t even want to live here anymore. I’d give ZERO stars if I could."
