Lake Ridge East Apartment

"Do not live here. We had to have our lawyer right them a letter to get them to fulfill our work orders that were open for months. Everyone we've met who lives here says the same thing: don't count on maintenance, and the staff is rude."

"Unless you want to live in an apartment that floods everytime your neighbor runs their washer, dont live here. Maintenance doesnt even answer the after hours phone either. Management does nothing to compensate flooding. Twice!"

"0 STARS. I’ve only lived here for 4 months and multiple things are breaking. Cabinets break off with no aggression, heater wasn’t working for 3 months, lights burning out, fire place doesn’t work, outlets don’t work, toilets don’t flush, dishwasher broke, we pay for valet living to take trash every night and they don’t take it for weeks, laundry washer broke and flooded the whole bathroom and hallway, it takes maintence multiple weeks to fix these things and we have to call the offfice multiple times to remind them to come fix these things that are breaking on their behalf. We pay so much money for a “luxury apartment” but everything breaks and it’s not luxury whatsoever. Very bad quality apartments. Yesterday on 12/11/18 maintence came to replace my washer while I was at work and I come home and my 5 month old kitten is limping, twitching it’s neck and her eye is swollen shut. The vet told me she had very bad head trauma and it looked like somebody had kicked her very hard. The maintenance team were the only people in my house and they caused my cat head trauma while I was at work. This is THE LAST STRAW. Very untrained staff as well."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. They never answer the phone, never return calls, never do anything! The leave dumpsters out in the parking lot after they are emptied, don't return calls for maintenance in a timely manner. 72 hours to get a key made and they still haven't made it. On top of that, they wanted me to sign the lease and do a walk through for an apartment that wasn't even ready! ON MOVE-IN DAY! Then they said it wouldn't be ready for another 3-4 hours. ON MOVE-IN DAY!!!!! Stay away from Lakeridge East. They can renovate the property as much as they please, but it won't change the terrible management."

"Don't let the nice looking apartments fool you: this place is horrendous to rent from. The staff is highly untrained, unprofessional, and has high turnover. They are not quick to respond to maintenance requests, and have multiple unit inspections throughout the year (we had 6 in 6 months). They've also started jacking the rents up. Not only that, but when you try to be a good neighbor and inform them that the creek behind your building is flooding, their only response is "good luck, we can't help you." AVOID!"
