"Our blessings in disguise . We moved to Reno and wasn’t able to get an apt , due to our credit score. So we googled pet friendly monthly’s and ended up signing the contract. This is a nice studio until we get on our feet. The ladies in the office is very professional, and cordial .My husband and I have now been residing here at the Siegel Suites on 7th St for 6 mos now. So if you are out of luck with a clean background. I’m positive that your luck will change! We appreciate Seigel Suites on 7th St!"

"Kat is an amazing worker! Had an amazing experience with her even when my apartment caught fire she helped me and my family! She calmed my fiance down when she found out her hamsters passed away in it. Over all she was always in a cheerful mood and helpful when I asked her to let me know when I got mail or a package!!!"

Welcoming & Willing to Plan with you to Find the Best Solution for your Personal Stay Needs. Through our Experince, The Office has been Eager to Help Simplify Accommodations/Amenities, Access/Usage; and upon Check-In we saw, whether Guest or Resident, the Staff & Management Seemed very Willing to Assist. For Added Peace of Mind (Personally) and Full Disclosure for Prospective Tenants/Guests this Location is Firm on Property Rules, Due Dates, Compliance and Security. 3 STAR RATING FOR CLEANLINESS. Not the worst by far, but do be sure to Bring some Extra Cleaning Products for a Pre-Move In Wipe Down if your Planning on Staying Longer than a Week. Functional for Couples, not sure about Family-Sized Accommodations, but would imagine it's the same. The Building is Currently being Upgraded. 2 STAR FOR LOCATION. This is Only a Personal Score. "Bed bugs room 217 they will not replace your mattress or any belongings you have to throw away 1st night there got bit up all over my arms and was told they can't do anything but spray my room every week... drunks out all night and I even had to deal with a shooting incident there nothing was done to change anything smh the staff there are rude and refuse to make things right but will pound on your door worse than the police 24/7 the smell from dumpsters is unbelievable... they advertise furnished studios but will not give you a new mattress if you have bedbugs due to them do not stay here"

"Definitely a value place to arrive in Reno. A day before arrival we were shown the room and the always upbeat Leanne was lovingly painting it and she welcomed us. We have also had great experiences with Lizz (at the front desk) she was so kind and welcoming when we arrived and is still friendly when she sees us and David in maintenance. The big reason we chose Seigel Suites is that pets are welcome and our kitty is getting ready to cross over. The suites are fair market value and the month to month is flexible. There is freeway noise, but at this stretch of the road it’s basically white noise. There are maintenance issues, as it’s an older building, but David is always helpful and prompt in resolving them. The neighbors either are respectful or friendly. There is a thing to the transitory nature of Siegel Suites which brings out the best in people. I am not sure we will stay here after our Jasmine’s passing but it has definitely served us well so far."
