"I stayed 2023 Jan to November and i had a wonderful experience with the apartment. I never faced any issues and they are helpful on all the time. They treating us a family and conducted program during festivals and holidays. I really love this place and Best apartment/hotel in Reno. Gym, Swimming pool, Common kitchen for party, Grill machine, more over its worth for the rent we are paying. I can suggest this place if you are looking a stay in Reno and its located downtown and just near to Eldorado. Happy 11 months stay with the team and i am highly recommending this place for everyone. "I spent about a year living here. Mandy and crew were great. The building is secure and nice. It is super pet friendly, that was important for Mishka and I. The onsite dog park, and grooming facility were well thought out and designed working well. The pool and BBQ deck are awesome. Community game room. Work out facilities are well appointed including a heavy bag. The building was like a family. I was instantly welcomed and it felt like home. I made some lifelong friends here. Only left as I was only in town for the year. Good location, secondary dog park across the road. And only a few blocks from the river and park."

"At risk of sounding cliche, moving from my last place into 3rd Street Flats has been a dream come true. For a year I walked by here on the way to work or the gym and thought, "I'd really like to live here one day." Mission accomplished and it's better than expected. My last realtor got the house number wrong on their own lease document, causing a mess when trying to set up utilities. The application and moving experience here was in stark contrast to that debacle. Mandy Frazier is a high value human who had the answer to every question my roommate and I ever had. She made sure all angles were figured. The apartments themselves are well-kept and easy to keep clean. Love the community room and gym. Going to start using the heated pool. Can't beat the amenities vs. price. Couldn't be happier."
