"This company handled the sale of my condo. When I received the papers I had a few questions called the office they weren't interested in helping. I'm a foreigner and this was a new procedure for me. I left three messages never got a response. I told my agent that I wanted to use another company and she said it was too late. I also told my agent that I wanted a certified cheque or bank draft because I kept hearing about wire fraud through them and my agent made me sign a waiver. The sale closed on March 28th, April 1st I received a regular cheque which my bank put a hold on till April 24th. I asked to speak with a manager he never returned my call. This company received payment, the two agents received payment the buyer has the condo and I'm still waiting for my money. Not right at all. Them being in this business should now better any bank would put a hold on a regular cheque that large. I wouldn't recommend this company or my agent. Less than a one."
