Used a markup decree and didn’t change the information that was given in our mediation then charged me for redoing it. Has an unprofessional attitude and super disrespectful. Sent me an email letting me know she was sick and charged me for it."

"My inheritance check was sent to the wrong address, now I'm waiting for it to be returned to sender when the simple resolution would be to place a stop payment on the check that was already sent and to issue me a new one. I've called to request just that and haven't received a callback in 5 days. Definitely didn't feel like a priority. However, I edited my review, because once the check was returned to them, they were kind enough to go above and beyond for me and cut me 2 seperate checks so I would be able to cash one immediately, while the other was on hold, because I don't have a bank account. So I am very grateful."
