"We called Clark to come out to our house to give us a quote to fix the furnace. When we initially called, they were incredibly rude questioning why we wanted a quote on a new furnace. When they eventually came out to look at the furnace, they did recommend replacing it and were going to write up a quote for the fix. After calling for several days to try to get the quote, we still haven’t received it after almost three weeks. DO NOT use Clark. They have been rude, unapologetic, and incredibly unhelpful. When we eventually get this quote, we will be taking our business elsewhere and will never use Clark in the future."

"Zero stars, really. We had a leak at 10pm, called Clark and was told they would be here in 10minutes. 3.5 hours later no show. After multiple calls, we finally spoke to the plumber. Excuses ranged from couldn't find us, called us no answer, got stuck on another job, denied they had accepted the job, and finally blamed their answering service. Then wanted $420 for just the first hour and maybe another 2 hours to arrive. None of their excuses were valid. Sorry to say their attitude was the kind that gives their profession a deserved black eye. Avoid!"
