The technician, Rodney, was super helpful, polite, and did a great job explaining to me in simple terms the simple solution to my gas line problem (that another "water plumber" couldn't fix the first time). He also went the extra mile to help me communicate with the fireplace company so I would be back in business with getting my fireplace fixed. I would highly recommend this company and their technician Rodney. 5 stars for sure."

"Called about a problem I'm having getting heat to different bedrooms in my house. Bill was very helpful on the phone and we scheduled a time for the following week for someone to come give me an estimate on repair. I requested time off from work in order to meet them at my home and looked forward to getting heat to my kids bedroom. Well, the appointment time came and went, nobody showed, nobody called. Big waste of time and now back to square one. I guess I'll be calling someone else."
