"What a Godsend. After another repair company didn't want to bother with repairs on old furnace, we called SS and Dennis came and got us going, which was a challenge. He not only went the extra mile(s) to get a part and clean the furnace, he seemed genuinely concerned for our welfare (being old folks!) Great guy, good company, fair price. "My sister and I had a exceptional experience when we called Silver State for a heating repair. This was after calling our maintenance agreement with another company who informed us they could not come out for maybe two weeks to repair our furnace, WTH. Silver State came out the next day, fixed furnace and came back the following day to continue to fix the furnace until it worked properly. I am setting up furnace maintenance agreement with them... exceptional wonderful guys! so grateful."
