"Fantastic customer service. My wife had a problem with her glasses/purchase. They looked into the problem, apologized for the problem and replaced the defective pair with a new pair at no charge. I had a similar issue with a pair of reading glasses at Optic Gallery next to Sportsman’s Warehouse and the jerks refused to fix the problem of my lenses continuing to pop out from the Day I Bought Them! Once I paid, the problem was all mine and mine alone. I will only go to Costco Optical now, they treat people ten times better than the opticians office I visited does. Well, done, Costco!"

"For the vision center staff, which is separate and part of Costco... 3 stars. They could use some additional customer service training: ask if customers need assistance, how are they doing today, etc - particularly if there is only one customer around and there are 3 staff working the counter. Don't wait for the customer to approach you. Friendly, nice staff, once you engage with them. For the ophthalmologist and their assistant here: friendly, great service, quick, and easy! Yes, you do have to check and see if your insurance is accepted at this location, but isn't that part of common practice now? If not, the out of pocket fee for an eye exam/vision prescription is actually pretty reasonable. 5 stars for them."

"My wife and I went to the eye care to make an appointment to have our check up. When my wife asked the women at the desk if they accepted our insurance she rudely told my wife that it was up to us to call the insurance company and ask if they are accepted at Costco. Hmm, all other eye care places we have went knew whether or not they accept the insurance we had or they called the insurance company for us. We never and will never go back to this company for eye care. I don't have time to deal with rude and unprofessional people. I am bringing my business to you not you bringing a needed service to me."
