"I love the convenience of the drive thru, and that they keep me pretty informed on my son's and I prescription. I believe the pharmacist I mostly work with or get on the phone when I call is Jeffrey. He has a great and personable attitude on every interaction, and no matter how frazzled I may feel, he makes sure I have a by the time I leave I have a clear understanding and delivers on the expectation. "I used to pick up a lot of medications for my mother from Walgreens Pharmacy for over ten years but we not satisfied with their service at all so I decided to change to CVS Pharmacy. Since I changed to CVS I can tell the difference between two big companies one is care and the other one not at all. My mother sees my frustration every time that I have to pick up her medication but she didn’t seek that no more and she said to me “ We should change to CVS long time ago. We’re really waste time with Walgreens. I hope CVS keeps this service so soon or later people going to transfer from the other one to CVS just like me and my mother"
"Worst CVS pharmacy location on S. Hollywood. They close everyday from 1:30 - 2pm and close so early Sundays @ 5pm. Beware they will close the drive thru whenever they want. So be prepare to drag your sleepy crying kids in the store. I don’t care if you are short staffed, your pharmacist has an attitude, customer service sucks."
