"Came in to get my phone screen fixed and they ended up breaking the audio on my phone and told me that they would not fix their mistake. I tried to file another claim while I was there and it apparently (all of a sudden) would not go through. I asked them to fix their mistake even though it was getting close to their closing time and they let me know that they would not. The next day, another claim was filed after an hour and a half on the phone and I was told they still would not fix their mistake. It took a half hour of telling them to fix it for them to finally do something about it and then they disconnected my Apple Watch do I could not receive messages and told me they wouldn’t fix that. That process took five hours. I would not recommend if you want your devices fixed efficiently. Best to try a different store that will fix their mistakes and not argue with you on it."

"We came in 30 minutes before closing and Patricia had us out in 20. My screen was completely shattered and they fixed it to look brand new, along with a free cleaning. Patricia was very helpful and made sure we were in and out of there. I will be using this place for any future fixes for my devices!"
