Was also told when we got our tires last summer and 8500 miles ago that we needed brakes(major west coast tire shop based on Oregon), dealer said brakes were fine, and your tech confirmed as well after tire rotation. "This is my primary location for upkeep on my car. Always have a good experience with them. Quick, communicative and helpful. They won't sell you a service if you don't need it, and they are quick to educate on options available. I don't drive a lot but have gone for oil changes under the thought of "it's been over x months, I should do this" and they always look everything over and sometimes have told me outright no change is needed yet, no cost to me. Very kind."

"Fast, tailored service- they always try to get you to add on more services so be aware that you actually need them. In this case I did need them so I am thankful for being able to take care of the issues (radiator flush which was 45k overdue and brake fluid replacement for really dark, copper contaminated aged brake fluid). I tried to prepay online and get the full synthetic oil change cheaper at $77 but they still charged full price ($106) and deducted my discounted online payment ($77) from the instore total. So I didn’t get the discounted price. I used the $29 coupon that came in the email which helped."

"I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. I arrived at 3:15 pm and was done by 3:45 pm. In that half an hour, I got an oil change with all the inspections. All fluid levels were brought to full levels, all filters were checked and tires were inflated to the recommended psi. They checked my brakes and it turns out I need both front and rear brakes. Since I was in a hurry, I got an appointment for tomorrow at 9:30 am to have my brakes done. Thanks Jiffy Lube."
