"I love Lake Appliance Repair! The first time we had them come out was to fix a refrigerator for a client of ours! They did a great job! Then my brother had them come out and fix an appliance at his house! Great service & communication! When the fridge at our house started making noise, I knew exactly who to trust. They came out, temporarily fixed the problem & ordered the art necessary. Today they installed it and it’s all better! The service guy is great! You can track where you are on the schedule, and he calls when he is about 10-15 minutes out. Love these guys & will use them again!"

"Austin was the repair tech for our washer. He inspected the washer and determined what the problem was. To confirm the parts he call the manufacturer to get the correct number of parts needed. He ordered the parts and they were delivered here. He came today to repair the washer only to find what he was told about the quality of parts was incorrect. He apologized for what happened and ordered the additional parts needed. He scheduled another appointment after we will get the additional parts. He is very knowledgeable about our washer. He suggested not doing anything till we have the additional parts. He was thinking about the customer instead of doing a partial job. Very few people do that nowadays. Looking forward to him doing a outstanding job and we get the additional parts"

"I just remodeled our kitchen and the stand alone ice maker wasn’t working. Lake Appliance got me on their schedule right away. Their service tech Austen came out on time and was very polite, listen to the issue, asked good questions and then went about diagnosing the appliance. When he was finished he explained everything. He was very careful not to make a mess while working and left everything clean. Highly recommend Austen and Lake Appliance."

"Our tech was James who was quiet and quick in his assessment of the issue. He was patient with our small dog who had to personally certify him as safe to work in our home. James did a good job of using phone pictures to document the problem and provided good counsel while we considered to repair or replace. The tech tracking feature allowed me to use my time well and not spend the entire four hour window twiddling my thumbs while waiting. I knew James had two jobs before me and got a call stating that he was on the way. Brilliant!"
