"The work order was submitted for a dryer repair. Technician showed up and told me it was for a washer. Said he would have too close this case and I would have To create a new work order for the dryer. I said what does it matter your here can’t you just work on the dryer or call the office to change it and the office would not. So I took time off for a mistake they made. Very frustrated."

"Joseph is a very competent, courteous, and personable service technician. I was expecting him to arrive between 8 am and 5 pm, but he was not able to arrive until 6 pm."

"Our Sears Appliance Repair technician, Mike Bailey, replaced the door on our LG refrigerator on 11/10/2023 and was courteous and professional in all respects. We were initially advised our service would be sometime between 8am and 5pm but he called first thing and said he would arrive between 10 and 12 which was much appreciated."

"Came out a month after dryer went out. Said it needed a new motor and he said he ordered it. Found out two weeks later the motor was never ordered and finally ordered the part. Now two months after the dryer went down, they arrive to repair only to find out it’s not the right motor. But “good news” he says I was able to get the dryer working because the problem was never the motor. Had he done what was needed on the initial service call I would have had my dryer back a month sooner. Terrible communication, zero customer service, and acted like he did me a solid 2 months into the process. It’s no wonder Sears is a dying brand."

"Absolutely the worst. No phone number to speak to a live person. My dryer is under extended warranty with Lowes and it broke. After waiting a week for Sears Appliance Repair to show up, and sitting at home all day because my repair window was from 8-5, I finally received a call at 3:40 p.m. just to tell me that they would not be out because the repair person's vehicle broke down. Amazingly, this was the second time I had an appointment and the vehicle broke down. I called Asurion, and filed a new claim. I spoke with a representative on the phone and I told them that I needed to file a new claim and that they could send anyone but Sears Appliance Repair to my home. I finally decided to run down to an appliance repair store that had the heating element in stock and pick one up. After about 90 minutes I had the part installed and the dryer was back up and running. Sears Appliance Repair is a joke."
