"Richard is very responsive to emails and phone calls. Our home is very old and needs extensive work (unfortunately). We started out with what we thought was a "roof leak," however, the true leak was not entirely the roof. Richard spent a considerable amount of time reviewing photos of our home and actually came to the home himself to do a thorough inspection. So in the interim of starting the "roof repair," our water heater died and needed to be replaced and brought up to code. The crew discovered some other major problems as they were replacing the water heater and were able to make those repairs as well. Always professional, by the book, courteous, on time and cleaned up after each day of work.
