"I deposited a cashiers check over a week ago and Bank of America continues to put a hold on the check. Every time they say it’s going to be released., They delay it and put another hold on it and this is a cashiers check. Customer service says they can’t help me and at this branch, where the line is out the door every day, they also say there’s nothing they can do. The bank is illegally holding my funds."

"Absolute nightmare bank to sign up with. Tried online and got approved, then they closed my accounts without telling me because they couldn’t “verify me” without any further explanation (this is the literal excuse given to me on the phone and by the manager in the branch). Manager on shift at 11am on this date was not at all empathetic to my situation and quickly led me out of her office. Horribly unprofessional. I see others have commented on her behavior before."

It’s really close to my office on Eastern and I never have to wait in line for very long when it comes to any business that might need me to have to interact with a teller. Staff is very friendly and always helpful and kind when it comes to answering any bank related questions!"
