"I have never been to this branch. I stopped by to do a quick wire transfer. They could not accommodate a simple wire transfer today. They said they were too busy and she was “stepping out.” I will be switching banks."

"This branch consistently has poor service. As a business customer, I have waited in excess of 15 minutes trying to make simple deposits within the branch ( with one person ahead of myself). One teller open with 3-4 staff on their phones on FB, you’d think not having a drive through window they would step up service. This branch is a perfect example of what NOT to do in banking ."

"I visited this Wells Fargo location to seek help with some issues I had with my card. As I was entering the building, there was a man holding the door for me and that set the tone for the visit. Everyone was extremely helpful. Being in the military, I appreciated how well dressed and professional everyone on staff was. I found my answer and received even more assistance than what I planned. The friendly staff also worked very quickly. Mr. Juarez was the banker who helped me."

"Well staffed branch, always got good service. Only negative is that their notaries are very often busy and not in a rush to take care of my signatures, so I have been waiting up to 30 minutes for that free service (eh, it's free, so do I really qualify to complain?)."
