"Got here 3 minutes before “ closing” and the guy working there said the cash registers were already closed so he couldn’t help me. So then the closing times advertised on Google are incorrect. Closing time should be listed as 5:55 or before? But I saw the guys working there leave after 6:05."

"The Shipping handler was very rude. She asked me to write my info down. I did. I put all my stuff in box. Proceeded to go to counter and I had to say hello for 1 minute while she was being having personal phone call. So she comes to counter, I said can you let me know all the fees I had my card in hand ready to pay for Christmas gift to be shipped. She was aggressive saying she not going to mail my package and I’m on drug. Keeps my personal information and I walked out the store with the box due to the fact she wouldn’t give me my personal information. She calls police and I did after over $9.99. "A $10 daily fee for packages not delivered by UPS delivery trucks and taken to this location without any permission from the sender or recipient smells like a racket. The guy behind the counter gave scammer vibes, and told me that unless a $10 fee was paid I would have my package returned. He then said he attempted to call me about the package and then pointed to a local phone. Well I don't have a local phone number, so I don't know who he called. I left the package, because although $10 wouldn't have broken the bank, it's the point that this fee wasn't upfront, its not posted anywhere. My package wasn't delivered following the delivery instructions, which stated to leave my packages at the leasing which is common practice and more convenient for delivery drivers. Instead, I waited all-day at home for the delivery to only find out it had been dropped off at this trashy UPS store that always seems to have random people standing outside of neighboring smoke shop. DO NOT go here alone. If you're living life on the edge go ahead and see for yourself."

"Terrible customer service. Called the store asking for assistance in locating my package that they lost ( or probably stole ) but received a rude answer from this guy named Daniel. Emailed the store and never got a reply. Is there any way I can file a claim for the lost package? I dropped off two packages on November 15 and I never realized after a few days of tracking updating for my other package that the guy at the counter scanned only one package twice and didn't scan the other one. When I called to ask for help in locating the missing package, the person named Daniel who is definitely lacking customer service skills just replied "they can't do anything about it". Even if you checked your cctv monitor inside the store, you can see that I did dropped off two packages on November 15, 2023 at around 4:40 pm. Those packages contain two 511 tactical pants which I bought for $90 each. I lost money and I lost the trust of the person who is supposed to receive them."

"5 stars aren’t easy to get from me, and I honestly didn’t think much of my trip to UPS to return some sheets. I had a smile plastered on my face as soon as I walked through the door. If Jason is there, rest assured you will leave feeling accomplished and special! He literally has enough personality and costumer service for everyone else. Any company would be lucky to have him, good job UPS!!"
