When you arrive with a case, they take care of you very well and after you pay, they do not do their job or their promises to help you with your case. They do not have their business license visible as required by law. They do not belong to the BBB or any other professional association. The service provided by this business is terrible and extremely unprofessional. These people have no respect for the latin/hispanic community. When you first arrive with your case they treat you very nicely, however as soon as you pay the fees they ask for, they forget about your case and stop working. They do not have a business license visible in the office, as required by law. They do not belong to the BBB or any other professional organization. The owner, Carolina Escalona is very unprofessional and codecending. No business ethics whatsoever."
