Recently had a recall issue on my son’s medication and Andrew helped with every question I had, he helped me to better understand the medication and made sure that I was comfortable with the switch to a new medicine. "I just called LifeCare Pmarmacy and Medical Supplies to ask about diabetic supplies. I am currently with Southwest Medical pharmacy and home supplies who are decent but don't carry the new Omnipod Dash. I am considering a move to a company that offers the Dash but was told by the lady who answered the phone that this company "does not accept insurance for diabetic supplies". I'm not sure why as she was short with me when I questioned why and I simply said thanks and hung up. Guess their business is so good they don't need new customers....."

"I submitted my information and prescription 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my knee brace. I was told it only takes 24 hrs to retrieve medical record and its been almost 24 days!! I will go and get my script tomorrow and never do business with them again !! Poor service !!"
