Also they need to learn how to provide information to customers as well and not provide an answer until they know it is true so the customer does not get mad the next time they speak with someone else. They should try " we are unsure what the cost of your prescription will be until we go through your insurance first to see what they will cover." Instead of giving you a price and then you call back and it is a total different amount. You will get a lot of upset customers if you dont fix the staff and how they handle customer interactions and conversations."
