"Worst app/website ever. Several times I have gone in to check prescriptions or info in my account. Either can’t get in or information is incorrect. Lost my patience and called. My rep told me to just ignore because the site hadn’t been updated. Really?!? Why have a website. Also please stop with the robo calls. It doesn’t tell me which prescription it refers to and again I have to call!"

"This has to be the worst pharmacy on the face of the earth. This is the second prescription I've had sent to me that has been returned back to the pharmacy! They say it's because the address needs to be verified even though we get packages in the mail all the time. If you try to call or chat with them they are just ridiculous with their answers. Day 10 still no prescriptions! When I chatted with them today I was told I have to wait another week before they will do anything. We are ONE suburb away from them! They do not know what they're doing, not at all! Do yourself a favor, don't even start with these people, it'll only cause major frustration and stress you don't need!! Use a local pharmacy!"

"2 wrong prescriptions today not the 1st time I've gotten wrong prescriptions from Humana.they continue to do it. you wonder why there a million dollar company is because the government keeps paying THEM to send me and others the wrong prescriptions that were never prescribed by my doctor"

"I drove 10 miles to get there and found out it was closed exactly at 12:30. This is the first Pharmacy I ever visited and found it is out-to-lunch!!! Just like McDonalds will put up a sign saying closed for lunch!!! - What a joke. I am a senior, I will not go there again."
