"This is the most efficient pharmacy service we've received in a very, very long time! Our prescriptions are filled and home- delivered promptly. My husband has a challenging medical condition which requires several medications taken several times a day. Our previous pharmacy had difficulty keeping certain critical meds in stock or accurately notifying him in a timely manner when they were in stock to refill his prescriptions...it was SO FRUSTRATING! A friend who is an Alto customer encouraged us to try Alto. Transferring our prescriptions was very easy. We recommend Alto Pharmacy without reservations."

"The door is locked even though the place is open. You'll need to call the official alto 1-800 number to have someone open the door for you even though the workers can see you. The area is not dangerous. Lots of parking. It would be nice if someone would open the door for you if they see you. Would be nice if the door is unlocked during operating hours but I don't make the rules."

"I am on Medicaid with no income right now. My Nurse Practitioner changed my pharmacy to ALTO about a year ago without my consent. Deliveries were fine for most of the past year. Then, my auto refills kept getting screwed up. Some canceled and some not refilled. Last week I went to the ER and tested for COVID. The ER Docs sent an RX to ALTO. I went home and waited for ALTO to text me when the RX would be delivered. ALTO texted me saying I had to have a credit card on file for the "$10.00 SAME DAY DELIVERY CHARGE" fee. This was something new and never disclosed. I now HATE ALTO and am switching back to my locally owned pharmacy, VESPER PHARMACY on Eastern at Flamingo. I can talk to a real person and they have fast, free delivery."

"My hubby and I went to pick up my prescription today at Alto. This was our first time picking up there. We did not know when we got there that they were at lunch but they were so kind and stopped their lunch to help us. Everyone we encountered was super nice and they gave me a delicious Carmel with my prescription. Next time I will try the delivery service. Was a very good experience."
