Walmart Pharmacy

"This pharmacy is very unprofessional. Because of discrimination I didn't get my medication. And I'm Epileptic. I need my medication. The 2 pharmacists I spoke to were very unpleasant. Their attitude changed as soon as they found out I had no insurance. They were very sarcastic and rude.. other Walmart pharmacies aren't like that. On the contrary they're very kind and helpful. Very professional... This place is the worst. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you don't have insurance."

"This review is intended for Mr. Kamran Baig, the pharmacy Manager. When you have your counter dispensing staff handling your customers on a weekend, in a high volume Wal-Mart store, be sure they are trained. After my physician telephoned in my prescriptions three days earlier, and I telephoned one day in advance, obviously your staff could not complete my prescription for purchase. Upon arrival to pick it up, and waiting in line for 10 minutes, the untrained employee advised me that my insurance was not on file. I advised her I gave that information 2 days earlier by telephone. She asked me to step aside as she "didn't know how to input it"? She pointed to the rep next to her that she needed to turn this over to. Kamran, how can you have an employee dispensing prescriptions that does not know how too? I then stepped aside, and stood there for exactly 30 minutes. Both reps handed well over a dozen new customers in line while I patiently waited. After exactly one half hour I was the only person left standing. A new person from the staff approached me asking if I had been helped. I advised him of the situation. I then proceeded to walk out of the store. Today, I went on line and found my prescription prices at about half what WalMart was charging. In a way, I am happy that Mr. Kamran Baig's crack staff dropped the ball. This one incident makes me and my family want to avoid all WalMarts....period."

"I have been using the Walmart Pharmacy at Serene Ave. Henderson for more than a year now. I always had good experience with their friendly and very helpful staff. One time when i reached to my pocket to pay for the medication I discovered that i forgot my wallet at home. I apologised and asked that they hold the medication for me. Instead the Pharmacist said dont worry about it its on me. He paid with his own credit card."

"Worst customer service. 6 pharmacy employee returning from lunch, pharmacy closed with a line out the door and they still take their time to open back up and start helping customers. Then this trainee woman Melinda was super rude and unwilling to help. She actually refused my prescriptions because she said "they were copies" they were not! I guess she's never seen an electronically printed prescription from doctors. She needs more training or is in the wrong field. The pharmacist hides in the back.like a coward instead of trying to help fix the trainees mistakes. Had to go somewhere else and I had NO problems like always. Don't waste your time at this location. Worst customer service!!"
