Smith's Pharmacy 10600 Southern Highlands Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89141

"I received the wrong medication from Smiths pharmacy last month. This caused me to have a mental breakdown, depression and suicidal thoughts according to my doctor. The pharmacy said they do not know how this occured. I received no apology or anything. I could have lost my life from this error, I'm very lucky. I've since changed pharmacies. Smiths be more careful when filling prescription!!!!!"

"They do not answer the phone. You must leave a VOICEMAIL with lots of details and wait for them to call you back. If you press the button to speak to a staff member it goes to voicemail. Very disappointed. They also can't seem to receive electronic prescriptions from my doctor. Again, very disappointed. UPDATED: If you keep trying you can get through to the pharmacy but don't expect anyone to answer the phone on your first attempt. Don't call during peak hours. The electronic prescriptions that didn't go through were not the fault of Smith's, so I'm upping the rating to a 4."

"I have used Smith's Pharmacy on Southern Highlands Pkwy. since moving to the area back in 2003. They are fast and courteous. They actually care about their customers. I highly recommend.."

"Typical food store experience. The place was clean and staff very helpfull. Smith's is owned by Kroger's, so if your from Texas like i am it is very much like Randall's. They also own kroger's (obviously), Ralphs, Dillons, King Soopers, City Market, and a few others. The prices are a bit high unless you get a club card. The club card makes it seem like you save $, but really you just end up paying normal prices. (So negative 1 star for deception lol) Its easy to sign up for, they just asked for my phone number, gave me a card and paper to fill out and give them on my next visit. I have a time share there so i signed up. I am curious if it works at randalls as well? Ill update this if it does. Anyway, they have all the normal things you expect a grocery store to have. Decent booze selection, the meat and seafood seamed freash. I def saved alot of money shopping here and not eating out every meal and not ordering every drink at a bar on the strip. Think about it!"
