CVS Pharmacy 6391 West Lake Mead Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89108

"I do not know what happened to the pharmacy at this CVS. They used to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I submitted a prescription this past Monday and it is now Thursday and it has not been filled. I have visited twice and waited in a long line for them to tell me it's not ready, it will be an hour or the next day. I guess he person I spoke to last night was the pharmacist's assistant. Well she said my script would be ready today and I look on the app to see if it is ready and my prescription is canceled? No one let me know it was canceled so I refill it and I call to figure out why it was cancel and the rep tells it was just submitted. I said I know because it was canceled and she says once again it will be ready tonight. I feel like they are gaslighting me. It almost like who's on first. Just awful."

"What happened to this place? That's the questions I keep asking. I've had my prescriptions with W. Lake Mead for over a year and things were great. Three months ago it changed. Prescriptions not ready when they say they are. Wait over an hour to get them filled. I'm on auto-fill but the system didn't fill the prescriptions. The excuses have been going on and on. Final straw was when I called on a Wednesday to be told auto fill messed up and they would be ready Wednesday night. Get to the pharmacy on Friday at 9am and told it's not done yet. About 20 minutes later I get my stuff. I ask the tech "What happened to this place?" His response was that corporate has cut their staffing and hours, almost eliminated their night staff so they're way behind. So I decuded to call corporate in Woonsocket, RI. After 22 minutes of being in hold I get Vivian as my customer service person. She doesn't want to hear anything from me until she can get my name, phone, date of birth. I tell her to stop! Ask her why she needs all this. "To document the call." I told her I'm not giving you the info. But this just speaks volumes to me about what her company thinks of its on site employees and even louder about what it thinks about its customers. Not sure what is happening in that company. But the defeated look of your employees is very sad."
