"Terrible customer service. 45 minute wait for prescription at 8:30 p.m."

"If I could rate this Pharmacy a negative 10 I would! This location is the worst, every single month they lie about having my prescription ready for 3 days in a row and I sit waiting in a line every single time for over 30 mins.. I have had enough and the staff, forget it, they are horrible and so rude! Time to find a different Pharmacy now!"

"My doctor had prescribed a prescription and faxed it into the Walgreens on Lake Mead & Buffalo on Sept. 25th. I had not received a call from Walgreens so I called them to see if the prescription was ready. They said they did not receive the prescription and told me to call my doctor. I did and my doctor gave me the information of time, date and medication he faxed over. I called Walgreens back and they insisted they did not have it nor would they call or fax the doctor, he would have to call or fax it over again. I called my doctor twice to verify that the prescription was sent to Walgreens. I believe my doctor's office did fax the prescription to Walgreens and they just somehow lost it or misplaced it or something. But I have never had a pharmacy be so unwilling to work or help a patient as this one. This is not the first time they messed up on one of my medications."

"Stay away from getting any type of help from a pharmacist named Lisa. I went in trying to get my daughter's prescription, and she tells me that she had to help everyone else that came in after me, and when I told her that I was there first and it only right to help me first, because my daughter is home with a broken leg, she starts yelling at me and tells me that I wasn't important, and it wasn't an urgent matter. She was extremely unprofessional and instead of defusing the situation she escalated it and yelled even louder, hung up the drive thru phone, walked away, and completely ignored me. I have never in my life experienced such customer service."

"Great staff. Never have had a bad experience here. The pharmacy is a little slow due to low staff, but they do the best they can ❤ my family has been coming here for years, and will be for many many more"
