"So I called Smith’s This afternoon to have my medication transferred from CVS to Smiths because it had been sent there by my dr Accidentally rather than Smiths (which i preferred). at 7:20 Pm i get a call from a Smiths Pharmacy employee to tell me they couldn’t transfer it. (which isnt what upset me) what was upsetting was how extremely rude she was when i began to ask a question and speak she started to talk over me and continued to talk over me every time i attempted to speak. and then had to have a nasty attitude when i did get a chance to speak. I didn’t speak to her that way, and i dont appreciate being spen to this way. I love Smiths, and most pharmacy employees there, but she was not a good representation of Smiths. not at all..I hope I never have to end up dealing with her again or id rather go to a different pharmacy.."

"Kristine Philippino pharmacists on the phone was not helpful at all. She said she was busy but when I got to the window she was eating her food. Real busy. But when I got to the window the cashier was ACE. This name was on my receipt. She was very helpful and very nice. I wish she could be at that drive up window everytime I arrive or I bet anyone would say the same. ACE ...U gave excellent service. Thank u very much."

"The staff at smiths pharmacy on the corner of W.tropicana & S. Jones blvd are very nice i have been going to this pharmacy since 2016 they are very good at helping you & working with your insurance when you need a Prior authorization. They are pretty quick if you want to wait for your meds to get filled between me & my daughter we get 8 meds filled & the longest I've waited is 30 mins when busy, but most of the time 15 to 20 mins. Only thing that bugs me is i have a NC license & one lady always bugs me about needing a NV license which for some reason birth records have a hard time finding my birth certificate & i cant keep spending 40$ ive tried 4 times that's over 100$ but I've been going there for 3 & half years. Just annoying but i wont go anywhere else i tried CVS once & had to wait 3 hrs for meds to be ready"

"People here are not responsible. They said the new cream will come within a week. They did not keep there word and said it was because shipment didn't come in. Afterwards, I received a call saying they don't have it in stock in any Smith location. If you said earlier, I could've gotten it two weeks ago. I do "NOT" recommend this location or any Smiths. If I had a more serious issue, I could've risked my life."
