"This pharmacy is ridiculous. It’s one rep in particular but I don’t know her name. She is so rude and lazy. Each time I’ve had to deal with her, she tells me some excuse to not give me my prescription or any details for the reason and only ever says to call my dr. But when I call back or deal with a different rep, they are always so helpful and nice and the outcome is always so much better and my prescription gets filled. I will get the lazy reps name when and if I ever get them to take me off hold to find out if my prescription is ready since I was told I would be advised by a phone call. It’s been over a week and I never received a phone call. I’ve been on hold for 30 min now. I understand it’s busy but at least check in with the people you place on hold every few minutes. What sort of customer service is this?"
