"I've had my carpet cleaned several times by Limpio unfortunately today I got a different cleaner then normal and he put one foot in my door and refused to clean my carpet . He said that it was to damaged and company policy is to not clean it . I let him know it looks no different then it ever has and they always come in and do great . It's not even juice stains it's dirt stains from tracking in the parking lot and dust from the outside . He said it's a new company policy. And it's only stained like that by the front door he still refused to do it . Normally I'd recommend these guys but apparently new company policy is to not clean dirt out of carpets . I'm sorry but if my carpets didn't have dirt in them I wouldn't have called you ."
