All Star Dry Cleaners

"I took a few leather jackets to them for dry cleaning with one for a small repair. There was a small rip, about 1 inch. They offered to see if they can fix it for me, but it turned out they could not, which is completely acceptable. Upon pick up, I found that the tear had expanded to about 5 inches and that a chunk was missing all along it. I asked what happened to it and they admitted that the chunk was cut out when it shouldn’t have, and that the piece was thrown out. Although they gave me a partial refund for the cost of dry cleaning one other jacket, I’m disappointed and now out of a lamb skin leather jacket. It is irreparable now. I wish they would’ve just called me and said they’re not able to do it before cutting a piece out."

"I was first pleased with the services and customer service that was provided. So I decide to take my pillows in for cleaning and I made the mistake of not asking for the cost for the four pillows before I left. So I called swiftly after to inquire about the final price. The associate I spoke with had to call her manager to get the price. She called back to inform me the price would be 15 dollars for all four. Instead when I picked the pillows up I was charged forty dollars. I would've purchased new pillows instead if they were up front and had knowledgeable employees. When I informed them of the price that was given over the phone the manager seemed to not care and insisted I pay the forty dollars. Thy lost a customer but I'm sure they can care less. It's disappointing to say the least"

"Worse dry cleaners ever! BAD SERVICE AND THEY CHARGE YOU EVEN IF THEY DONT GET THE JOB DONE! Do not bring your wedding dress or formal gowns or tuxes to this dry cleaners. This is the worse cleaners I have ever been to. They literally have a wedding dress on the front pic online but did not get all dirt stains out on the train, even after two attempts and never called me to come pick up either time!"
