"First things first… Daniel was great. Professional, efficient, respectful. The woman on the phone? One of the most unprofessional, rude, arrogant people I’ve ever spoken to. We agreed on $150 for two mounted tv’s on the phone (myself, plus two others confirmed on the phone) - the day Daniel gets here, it’s now $200+ // she calls me, gives me absolutely ZERO benefit of the doubt of the price and actually starts blaming me. “Luke, I’ve been doing this 40 years, there is zero chance I said $150 for two mounted tvs. I’m not going to sit and argue on the phone with you, if you want to send him out send him out.” - keep in mind, this is her employee that is dependent on his work for cash flow and she basically just “whatever”’d that. What ever happened to “the customer is always right”? Even if I was wrong, there’s ways to handle it. “I understand we had a mix-up on the price, I’m sorry for the miscommunication, the price is actually $200 if you’d like to continue, etc…” instead, I got a lecture from some grown woman acting like your local principle bullying a kid for getting suspended for 5 days. By far, undoubtedly, the most unprofessional “manager” of any business I’ve ever spoken to, and I’ve heard other testimonies agreeing… If you don’t have to communicate with her, great work! If you do, maybe save your time… She’ll change prices on you and then blame anyone but herself. Again though, DANIEL was great."
