"The Tellers are always friendly and courteous. The only thing I do not like is that this and all banks have a line just for businesses. They are customers just like us. So why do they get to skip waiting in our line while we have to wait longer especially if there are only two Tellers open. They are no more special than anyone else. They should wait just like we do period."

I have since also stopped into the branch and was provided courteous service. In the end I did open my accounts here. It's been great since. I still believe the phone needs to be used as a way to connect with future customers, and recommend improving that aspect of services. Now that I have an account, the 1-800 number can accept my call (it won't work without an account number). I asked a lot of people that bank with Wells Fargo how they like it and overall I've been given good feedback. It's been about 6 months now and so far so good."
