"Got told that one of the employees were “uncomfortable” unlocking our card. Then they took it and shredded it up because that was “too her understanding” this specific bank is garbage. The employees are untrustworthy. Highly don’t recommend!"

"Very disappointed in Customer service/ 1(800)#.!! I'm in another state and didn't return back to Nevada in time and their are no such credit Union's in Virginia that could assist me with my debit card. I made a purchase at Wal-Mart in VA. and I couldn't use the card.?? I stayed on the phone over an hour being transferred to another dept. I went in circles with these people to end up being told my phone # doesn't match my account.???? Oh, but customer Svcs. could tell me my balance.??? When I return I'm dropping this bank.!!! Highly DISSATISFIED and upset!!!, My son had to purchase our groceries in Virginia."

"They have great interest rates for both checking and CDs. They have drive up ATMs with the ability to talk to a bank representative. The walk in service is pretty quick and the staff is friendly."
