"Annabelle was wonderful when I called about my moms hearing aid. We were visiting Oahu when one of my mom’s hearing aids stopped working (so we thought). She walked us through how to clean the hearing aid, but that didn’t work. She helped us figure out that mom had wax buildup in her ear. She recommended urgent care to get the wax cleaned and that did the trick. Annabelle did all of this patiently over the phone at no cost!
