"FIND A QUALIFIED, CLEAN, and COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR ELSEWHERE Awful, impolite, rude, lacks compassion. I had numerous issues while being “treated” by Dr. Roberts. For example, and the final straw: The office lady told me that “I just need to relax” when I asked her a question about something that is causing me major anxiety. It felt like I was kicked in the stomach when she said that. I can’t believe how awful I was treated."

"Unfortunately Dr. Riggs-Roberts and his office assistant of 15 years (Gina) are extremely unprofessional. The office is FILTHY, and in my professional opinion- should be shut down by the health department. Furthermore, Dr. Riggs-Robert’s and his assistants phone etiquette, their lack of communication between one another, and their communication with their clients is juvenile. If you are dealing with any mental health issues- anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, Bi-Polar, DID, etc., etc., GO elsewhere! There are real therapists and doctors on Maui who care for their patients, unfortunately Dr. Riggs-Roberts and his “staff” are not apart of that group."

"Really friendly doctor. He let me use my time to bring in a family member to help us deal with an issue and the receptionist played with my 5 year old son so that he could be drama free. Love his laid back attitude and the feiendliness of the receptionist and how awesome she is to voluntarily ask me if it was okay to watch my son so that he wouldnt get caught up in anything. Could not ask for a better team!"
