"Based on first impression: your mobile website is not the best to navigate I’m not sure if the desktop version is better but for the mobile site some of the links don’t open unless you click the option or even second option below it. I would really recommend updating it for a more modern usage platform. Secondly: who ever answered your phone today could use a lesson on customer service. One their tone is incredible condescending. Because I wasn’t able to easily get rooted through your website I selected the “spinning pole” option and saw there’s an $18 dollar class rate / $25 drop in but no schedule listing of when an open spin pole is supposed to happen. When I called I asked if that would be an option for today and she said “definitely not today” with the most condescending tone and a pause to say nothing else to me - as if I was supposed to already know that. So I asked when it would be and she said there’s time tomorrow which was more helpful. She then started explaining instructions at a fast speed instead of giving me time to inquire further which made me feel as though I was in a quick get off the phone business barter. She did ask me if I have pole experience at the end of her explanation but again speaking with her felt very unpleasant and turned me off from wanting to attend your studio in the event that I have to interact with that type of personality in person."

"I started this class based on a Groupon deal for the intro and I was hooked! Learned and fell in love with this form of art; pole and exotic dance! All the instructors are friendly, professional, competent and they can werk!! I love FFG! Unfortunately, I was only there for 6 months before leaving the island, but it was a truly enjoyable experience! I highly recommend here!"
