"GROSS INCOMPETENCE! Don't be fooled by politeness! I flew to this office from the Big Island thinking I would get an appliance for my TMJD and a new upper denture. He couldn't understand why he couldn't make a good impression and the denture came out bulky/buck toothed looking like a horse's smile! The orthotic appliance caused my lower bridges to become loose. An unacceptable situation, so I returned both. They kept $600. All-in-all a terrible experience. Run for the hills! Find another dentist."
