"Two out of the three employees we had interaction with were pleasant and were helpful(for the most part). However, I placed an order for a small bouquet of all white daisys with some greenery and needed it in two days. They said that they would be able to accommodate our request within that time frame so we paid the $60 and planned on picking it up at 8pm, the night before the event. When we went to pick up the bouquet, the flowers weren't the same as the ones we decided on when placing the order. The woman said they weren't able to get the original flowers in because it was a last minute order(even though they said they would be able to accommodate my order before I paid). No one called me to ask if that was still okay or if I was still interested in keeping the order but only said something when I went to pick them up because I noticed it was wrong. She said "they added some more greenery" in order to make up for the $60 price tag on a smaller bouquet they made. There was such a small amount of greenery that I had a hard time believing that more was added to what would have been there originally. I reluctantly accepted the flowers because there wasn't anytime to re order or have it fixed before the event the next morning and I figured having those were better than absolutely nothing. On the night we placed the order AND the night we picked up the flowers, both ladies said to place the bouquet in the freezer so the flowers wouldn't die and take them out the morning of the event. I did just that and less than 20 minutes after taking them out of the freezer, they started turning brown around the ends of the flower petals. Less than one hour after taking them out, the flowers were completely brown and unable to be used for the event because they looked horrible. Just to be clear, we picked the flowers up at 8pm on Friday and took the flowers out at 9am on Saturday for a 10am event. I am so disappointed with this shop and should have trusted my instincts and never accepted the bouquet when we went to pick them up. I wasted $60 on a sad display of flowers and would have been better off buying some from Wal Mart the morning of."
