"Wonderful shop in Chinatown. The owner is friendly, patient, and helpful. He explained the variety of leis they offered and helped us choose the best one for each of us."
"I love these leis and come here all the time. The selection is wonderful, the prices are clearly marked, and the leis stay beautiful and fragrant for so long. The mother are son are always very polite. I park at the metered spots near zippy’s near the intersection of maunakea & N Kukui"
"I come here to pick up leis for friends and family visiting from the mainland and haku's for birthdays. They are a small shop, but they have a good selection. I don't feel overwhelmed when I'm browsing for the right item. As for the haku, I think they have the best selection because they use different types of flowers. I saw a purple orchid, white orchid, pastel carnations, baby red roses, and baby pink roses. The other flower shops in Chinatown only offer the carnations and the baby roses mixed with carnations. The leis are priced between $7 - $40 and the haku's are priced between $25 - $30. If you're driving, you can pull over on Maunakea Street in front of their shop, run in, buy your items, and leave. Just make sure you keep an eye on your vehicle, so you don't get a ticket for being in the loading zone."
"My Go-to place for leis and Haku lei po’o! They have a great selection of fresh lei and also have a section for not-so-fresh mark downs! The mother and son are always very kind and helpful! I love that they also have tuberose stalks and ginger stalks! Almost always have Haku lei po’o for about $25-30 simple but pretty. Many styles of orchid lei that are great for taking to mainland as they last though don’t have smell."
"They literally kicked us out because we asked which lei were fresh (Some of them were, the ones that we wanted, were not). They have a beautiful array of flowers, BUT they will not let you look, nor even ask about their lei. So don't bother coming here because of their rude attitudes that they gave to my aunties, my mother, and I. They literally shushed and shoo'd us out. They have a small sign on the coolers that say, ask for assistance. So we did, but I guess if you ask then they gave you the hand... You could get what they have, except with fresh and cheaper lei, and also with respect, on the other side of the street."
