"Customer service sucks. After 1 year, every time I go to the desk or pickup window I leave with with a bad taste in my mouth because the employees are impatient, rude, and condescending. Not helpful. She should be fired."
"Since I’ve been here they have been great for receiving mail and packages. They send emails when anything arrives. The lockers are my favorite because you can pick them up anytime."
"Extremely inconsistent. Have had multiple occasions where despite giving my ID they hand me the wrong mail. Had two of my packages get lost and had to go in person to tell them I wasn't emailed yet. Turns out my package had just been sitting at the bottom of a bag for 2 days. Expect to wait an extra day for a package sometimes. Times posted aren't always correct, sometimes they close their window early without any notice. Depending on who is worker they either will or won't check if your package is back there or not. They no longer send emails about regular mail, you are just expected to check every day. Kinda sucks when medical bills come in the mail and the payment is overdue."
"The BYUH mail center is great. They are organized and sending and receiving packages are quick and easy. They keep students and staff well notified and the locker system works great. I think one thing they can improve on is to have better notification for letter mail."
"It’s nice to have a mail center on campus. They have a great system of putting packages into digital lockers. However, once the digital locker expires you can only pick up packages until 3:30pm which is a struggle due to being at work or in class throughout pick up times."
