"FIH has been a pleasure to work with. My IVF Coordinator is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, quick to respond, and always on top of things. She has done her best to make me feel comfortable and guide me as I begin my IVF journey. Unfortunately, I don’t have a success story to share (yet), but I’m sure my results are not due to the clinic’s competence. There are some variables that are out of their control. My doctor has been amazing though. I could not have asked for better patient care. She has taken the time to show up for every one of my appointments, to answer all of my questions, to personally call me, and to adjust my protocol as needed.
