"Olivia was an excellent yoga teacher for our practice away from home. Our group had different levels of experience and various areas we anted to focus on and Olivia took all of that in and folded that into our practice. She is very knowledgeable in many different types of practice but we focused particularly on balance, alignment and of course breath work. She came to our rental and was super kind and communicative along the way. She even brought us yoga mats since we did not travel with any. Highly recommend Pen & Thread yoga!"

"Olivia is an amazing yoga instructor. I always get so much out of her classes and walk away feeling good. She has a gentle spirit and I love the mindful themes and affirmations woven into the class so my mind can stretch at the same time. Her strap work is brilliant - I can see the effects of the stability and strength from those exercises off the mat too. I’d highly recommend her classes for all ability levels because she gives great alignment cues and modifications of each pose. Just bring a couple towels if you don’t have a mat, she has blocks and straps you may use. I would hands down say this is the best outdoor yoga in Maui. Taught in a grassy inspiring location overlooking the sea - beach yoga without the sand!"

"I brought a group to a private class with Olivia and it was such a great experience! We were challenged during the class and had a relaxing close to the practice. We also got to watch the sunset with beautiful ocean views, which was amazing! Olivia was very helpful throughout the class and accommodating to beginners.
